New patients often remark how “homey” our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding. So, make yourself at home! We want you to know is that we will do everything we can, as soon as we can to help you feel better.
Make Yourself at Home
You’ll be greeted by name when you enter our office. If you’ve already completed your admitting paperwork, great! Before meeting the doctor you will be given the opportunity to discuss any questions about insurance or finances.
We Explain Everything First
The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem. During the exam Dr. English will explain each of the tests and what they indicate. If warranted, x-rays or an MRI may be ordered to help us identify the cause of your problem.
Once again, if you are in pain, we will do everything we can on your first visit to help you begin feeling better. You will also be given “home care” instructions, such as Foundation Training exercises and how to use heat or ice.
